WHAT IS NU FIT?
Nu FIT isn’t a diet. It’s a 15-week nutrition and exercise program created by former strongman Brock Holyoak.
Brock was motivated to create the NU FIT program for himself after years spent punishing his body as he prepared for strongman competitions. The toll his lifestyle took on his body and mind left him feeling dissatisfied with what he saw in the mirror, and how he felt both physically and mentally.
After researching how he could transform his life, Brock settled on basic math as the answer to his diet and exercise questions. How could he go from 275 pounds to 190 pounds in less than one year? By adding different cardio and weight training into his fitness regimen while subtracting calories.
